A: Absolutely! We are a nut-free facility and strive to accommodate all guests with allergies. Some of our spa products and activities may contain ingredients like dairy or gluten, depending on the package. Q: Do I need to book an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

Q: Can parents stay during the party?
A: Yes! Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the magical experience. Our seating area can accommodate 15 to 20 adults for your comfort.
Q: Can I bring outside food and decorations for my party?
A: Yes! Outside food and decorations are accepted. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange extra space. Decorations must be dropped off at least one day prior to ensure they are set up before the party.
